Perhaps "very bad" does have a different degree of severity than intended.  However, I somehow hope that the term "yard sale" would cease to be used when ambulances come into play.

		<description>A "very bad fall" usually is followed by a ride down the mountain strapped to a sled, and then a trip to the hospital in the back of an ambulance.  Even an ordinary bad fall sometimes is no laughing matter.  If you can't adequately describe "yard sale" without saying, "very;" then maybe you should call it a very embarrassing fall or, a very spectacular fall, or something like.</description>
