		<description>Is that why people speaking a foreign language always sound so "intelligent" to me?  I have no idea of the social stigmas attached to their particular dialect.  Is Tony Blair, in fact, more intelligent than George Bush or is it just a dialect thing?  Hmmmm...  Ms. Petelle  makes a lot of sense.</description>
